Payment Instructions

Ways to make payments:

• Brightwheel account
• *Venmo/Paypal (SEE BELOW)
• Cash/Check to any main office.

 
*Venmo/Paypal Instructions:
1. You must add 3% for the transaction fee to amount due because fee is not automatically added. Failure to add transaction fee will result in payment being refunded so that the correct amount can be paid.

Example: Your amount due is $220; $220 + 3% ($6.60)=$226.60 payment entered to Venmo and/or Paypal

2. Write in Description/Notes

• Child/ren's First and Last Name
• Program (Pre-K, Kinder Afterschool, After School or Summer Camp)​

Tuition Policy

Registration Fee's are Non-Refundable

Tuition invoices sent the *5th of every month in Brightwheel
*or closest business day

Tuition is due by the 10th of each month

Late Fee will be assessed the 15th of the month 
$25.00 per late account

Do not attend Day is the 25th of the month
Accounts unpaid will result in the child being unable to attend program until paid in full

Past Due accounts where a payment has not been received will be referred to an outside collection agency

Check Returned  for insufficient funds will result to a $20.00 fee added to account and requirement to set up AutoPay

Brightwheel will send reminders via email to the email address provided
